Louisa attended Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen where she gained a BSc (Hons) in Business Computing, she then joined Barclays Bank in London to pursue a career in the IT sector. On returning to Edinburgh a few years later, Louisa found that her heart lay in property and joined a reputable estate agency firm in the city where she completed a Diploma in Surveying and became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Louisa’s IT background has meant that she has also played a significant part in the development of the new property website and in-house property management systems.

After working in direct marketing for a number of years, a passion for property led her to pursue a career as a valuer. She has worked in residential property within legal firms in Edinburgh for the past six years and takes pride in guiding clients through the sales process with skill and sensitivity.

    Sheila Hogg joined Simpson & Marwick in February 2008 as a Property Assistant providing a huge administrative support to the Property Department. With her strength and previous experience in finance, however, Sheila soon progressed to the Finance Department and now holds the role of Property Finance Manager. Her main role is to handle all aspects of finance within the Property Department but she still provides constant assistance to the Property Department when required, speaking to clients and organising viewings.
