She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1998 with joint MA Honours in French and Italian and went on to pursue a successful career in Tourism. With an excellent background in sales, marketing, operations and customer service, Leona has embarked on a new and exciting career path with the team and thoroughly enjoys her role of ensuring the smooth operation of the department, negotiation of sales and ensuring delivery of the highest quality of service to clients.

After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Business Computing, Louisa found that her heart lay in property and while working with a local agent she completed a Diploma in Surveying and became a member of the RICS. She has now worked in the Edinburgh property market for over 9 years. Her IT background has also allowed her to play a significant part in the development of the EPP website and in-house property management systems.

    Katie has been with Simpson & Marwick since 2009. Her role is to carry out valuations, advise clients on the marketing and sale of their property and bring new properties onto the market in Edinburgh and the Lothians. Katie graduated from Glasgow University in 1999 with a Business and Marketing degree followed by the IDM Diploma in Direct Marketing at Napier University in 2002. After working in direct marketing, a passion for property led her to set up a property investment company specialising in sourcing, renovating and letting properties. From this she decided to pursue a career as an Estate Agent and has now worked within solicitor estate agents in Edinburgh since 2003.

    Jen has been with Simpson & Marwick since 2004. Her role is to advise clients on the marketing of their property, keep them fully informed as to progress through to negotiating a successful offer on their behalf. After studying Business and Interior Design, Jen moved into a career in property in 2002. Starting off in property sales and purchases she then moved on to lettings where she helped set up a letting company which also specialised in renovations. She has now worked in sales within the Simpson & Marwick property team for 9 Years. Jen has a warm and friendly approach, showing sensitivity to clients' needs and always works well under pressure.

Simon has a background in sales having previously worked for two well known retailers. He began his property career as a property assistant and has worked in sales negotiation since 2007. Simon has an encyclopaedic knowledge of market facts and figures and uses it to help provide expert advice and to achieve a successful outcome for clients.

    Jenny joined the team of negotiators at Simpson & Marwick in 2009 after having worked in a similar role in the property departments of other major Edinburgh law firms for 12 years before that. Her role is to advise clients on the marketing of their property, keep them fully informed as to progress through to negotiating a successful offer on their behalf. Jenny graduated from Dundee University with a French degree which took her into the field of tourism and then took some time out to bring up her family. Having started as a sales administrator, she has now worked in sales negotiation since 2000. Jenny builds strong relationships with her clients offering support and sound advice for their personal needs.

    Sarah joined the firm as a property assistant in 2011 and quickly progressed to a sales negotiator. Within her first year she successfully achieved 67 sales. Her role is to advise clients on the marketing of their property, keep them fully informed as to progress through to negotiating a successful offer on their behalf. She graduated in 2010 from Nottingham University and has a joint BA honours in History and Hispanic Studies. As part of her degree she worked at a language school in Buenos Aires and travelled through South America for a year. She is now following her passion for property as a committed member of Simpson & Marwick's property team. Sarah is full of enthusiasm and always strives for the best possible outcome for clients.
